Mr. K. Felt good ( :-O I know) - Ran with lady (Sarah) from Dunstable Road Running (a local), who was a star. Enjoyed myself so much I missed a gel point. Splits - 9:18, 8:42, 8:38, 8:41, 8:55, 9:27, 8:47, 8:32, 10:15, 9:06, 10:30, 9:10, 9:27, 9:10, 10:46, 10:48, 11:10, 9:51, 8:55, 8:44, last 0.2ml - 1:43. Nice to say hello to some faces.
