Much pain in the shoulder/neck today. Having done a few 10s and 2 x 25s asking my body for 55 miles was always asking for trouble. Really glad I skipped the 50 and went mtb racing last week as I didnt need this 2 weeks in a row :-)

Legs are fine, yoga week 10 has started.

Well done PoD *trophy*

I also got a *trophy* this weekend. Ran 33 miles and parkrun, and we were second in the women's 3-5 member relay. Second by only 28 mins!
