Magnificent evenings cycling last night. Ride out, club TT (solid effort), then 2 of us schlepped over for a pursuit with some roadies.

As we were on TT’s we were riding 2 up pursuing 4 roadies in a chainy, 15 mile loop.

We got close after about 8 miles, they went harder but broke up after 12. We picked off the 2 that dropped, but couldn’t quite close down the other 2. 6 broken blokes lying on the floor after. Total 50 miles all told.

I sacked swimming this morning...
