MA I have hauled a concept2 rower out of the barn, where it has been languishing for 8 years since we moved house, with the aim of doing some winter cross training. I figured I could fit it in my office at home, but it turns out it is a lot bigger than I remember and sticks out across 1/3 of the doorway. Anyone want to bet on how long it will be before I cripple my shins on it?! |

Morning all. I will also be crippled by my knee in later life - it is horribly crunchy and probably just worn out - like Gobi I am doing too much. Just can't get the speed out these days. Good eve last night: grass track run intervals, followed by a feisty swim squad session. Couple of hours on the Zwatt later |

Lammo - I did 200 metres in 37 seconds from a standing start proving I cannot sprint as I have done sub 1.40 for 500 Why no run? For all the reasons on the other page. Although I did not cramp Sunday has hit my left leg quite hard so I am being careful. I will run for 30 mins to 1 hour this evening. |

Morning all. I've swum this morning for the first time in ages. Just 20 mins as I still have a little shoulder impingement, but it's a niggle rather than a 'don't do that'. It might stop me over reaching in my stroke.
