Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yes I think early Olympic waves and later sprint waves will be best.

Battersby, just don't do a Gordon Ramsey and grab hold of my ankle and hang on....;-)

It's worth being aware, the turns from Cardigan Rd to Burley Rd on the way town ward, and Grove Lane to Stoneware Rd on the way out are relatively tight coming off fast or slightly steep descents, and Stonegate Rd has a left hand bend at the bottom of a steep section. Nothing ridiculous but could catch you out if unprepared on the aero skis.

If it's wet watch the paint at the top of Stonegate Rd too!

5 miles plodded through heavy humid air, actually hoping for a bit of rain on Sunday compared with that! Still took less time than virgin media trying to fix our bloody internet again (mobile hotspot...Garmin can't cope...)
