Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I have some Decathlon KBs - bought a couple of years ago - my Wolversons are a better shape for swings and cleans.

TBH I don't know what kind I've got! I bought them in lockdown so it was a case of having what was available as they were scarce at the time.

Just checked back - one from their black series, one coloured, so not competition by the looks of it.

Cool, thanks SK, I was just being nosey 👃 what type you had as I’ve got some older & some newer style Wolverson competition bells.

This was my first photo uploaded on fetch about 10 years ago. They’re not that clean, sparkly & pretty anymore c

I discovered this weekend that my new weight plates fit on the metal bar of my old weights but not the old dumbbell bar
so I can, when ready!, use some fairly heavy barbell weights which is good
After Bramley I will be doing more - please remind me!

I have a 6kg (for shoulder work) and 24kg (for deadlifts) in Wolverson.
Plus 8kg (mainly rows), 12kg (for goblets squats) and 16kg (for swings) from Decathlon.

I say "have" but I didn't bring them with me when I moved so a friend is using them now.

A six week BW strength program - badged as "fat loss" for some reason but it looks like a good set of moves. I might do it in the gym here as well as barbell work. Hope the link will work, it's direct to a PDF.
