Simple to use, no ads 👍
You can’t state calories or % so it uses medical formulas but that’s fine

Food only not exercise but free!
Does have a barcode scanner but didn’t try it

Previous numbers on page 796.

1st May 2025:

Weight 74.35 kg

Fat% 33.9 (pleasing reduction since Feb, I wonder how "real" it is)

BMI 26.7

BMR 1473 (this has increased, presumably due to muscle increase)

Fat mass 25.2 (down by 1 kg)

TBW% 47.1

Muscle 46.65 kg (over a kg increase)

Bone 2.5 kg (another slight increase)

Slight increase in weight overall, which may have been the clothes I was wearing and/or weighing in the middle of the day, or muscle/bone, so I'm happy with that.

Main difference this month was a fairly long stint at my Mum's, so less snacking and lots of picking up my 5 year old nephew.

Thanks for the app suggestion Pix and great progress G_g.

On way home after a week in Gran Canaria, we’ve enjoyed some fabulous food and while it’s been healthy it’s been rich, and my parents are religious 3 meals a day.

I am ready to get back into a routine and that routine needs to incorporate a desire to lose the excess from Hong Kong, Xmas, surgery and GC!

I am so not happy with how I look and reading a book I am in the knowing - doing gap. I know what I need to do but I’m not doing it. No excuses. The same book has given me a lot of food for thought (Allie Bailey - there is no wall)

So if I slack please kick my ass doubly hard.

Where I want to be again and where I am now. The before photo was early 2021, on reflection I was doing a 1/2hr HIIT session everyday, training for my first 100k ultra, living in lockdown restrictions and doing Slimming World. So there’s my gap!
