Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Working from home means you answer the phone when people call you and you are actually required to do some work.

Seriously, all of you, this is a place of work. You don't have a lose affiliation with us, we pay you, you work. It really is that simple.

[Of a team that's supposed to be 13 strong I have eight people in today: two are sick, one is on pat leave and one who's 'WFH' but is actually MIA, and everyone else is labouring under the mistaken belief that I'll pick up the slack, across three teams, as well as doing my day job.]

[Hope they get to you soon Anj]

I have not discovered that having blood tests and investigations carried out by the NHS in England is not good enough for the protocols laid down by the NHS in Wales, and my mother may need to have duplicate blood tests just to satisfy the protocol. Given that unnecessary blood tests may initiate bleeding which could be difficult to stop, is that really a good idea?
