Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Just passed 4750 days. Sept 9th this year plus day 5000 (without wanting to tempt injury).

Nice going, Al. I think it was Isaac Asimov who felt that people would be much more risk-averse in daily actions if they had several centuries of life to lose. A long streak can feel like that sometimes. It's a good excuse for taking it slowly, anyway :)

You can also specify dates in your training drop down, that’s how I worked out my pace for the castles challenge! 😂

5 mile post op streaksaver today! I know it didn’t have to be 5 miles but I was feeling alright!

Potential streak ending event after a fall on black ice this morning landing heavily on my hip. Annoyingly I wasn’t even running but walking back from school drop off. A tentative run in slightly better conditions this afternoon showed no major damage but not moving smoothly and tomorrow could be worse when the bruising comes out. Take care out there folks!

Ow, Rossco, that's the worst. Years ago, I slipped on black ice, landed really hard on my knee on concrete, it ballooned up and I could barely walk on it...walking backwards was easier than walking forwards. Fortunately I wasn't running back then...some 32 years ago.
