Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I have tried one new thing though - at the weekend I did some cross country of the jumping over things on a horse variety. It was terrifying. I LOVE it.

One of my main starts - serious weight training is now (I think i can say) properly established. My 5th session was today, back in the big boys gym - and I equalled my deadlift PB (55kg which is more than I weigh) so I am reasonably pleased to be back to where I was last spring at least with one major lift.

I'm all intrigued by the boring life admin type thing that Maz is hiding from us - and slightly afeared of the horsey jumping over things type cross country. Horses are great and everything, but I seem to have wronged them as a species at some point I don't remember and now they're all out to get me.

and amazing weight lifty progress, Sharkie! I am in awe.

Garden is really taking shape now, just spent the last couple of hours putting in some plants I bought yesterday, still need to get some clematis and roses but think I will have to wait a while to be able to buy them, also have to put bulbs in but I am cheating, I have ordered a dibber to make it easier, can’t wait to see how it all grows.

Plant the roses bare root, they’re cheaper and establish better I find. Clematis you can plant any time really.

Just need to find some to buy Fleecie, only Montana available at the nursery I went to yesterday and they didn’t stock roses.

Oops, Fleecy not Fleecie, I hate autocorrect when it gets things wrong!
