Last time I tried to get someone interested in doing my garden, a man came round, gave me a quote, said he’d follow it up with an email, left, then came straight back and said he felt bad because he was going to have to charge me too much and I should think about using someone else. I find the whole process baffling.

I had endless trouble getting builders to do my extension or even come for quotes. It’s just started the week (for 14 weeks!) and was supposed to have been done a year ago. The builders I’ve got in now seem good though so far. Thankfully! Well done for hitting post Fleecy and well done Mrs Jigs.
