Massive thank you to sharkie for starting this thread. I just did my longest run since becoming a born again runner. I got to a crucial point and thought 5 miles would be new.


(This is a bit misleading as it wasn’t really 5.58 but it was definitely over 5.)

gmap-pedometer thingy makes it about 5.3. I'm bloody delighted with that. First run was less than 2 miles on 26th April.
