I'm particularly pleased with the consistency - one or two runs every week apart from when we were on a couple of holidays/immediately before a big event.

I need 35 to get over 1000 which is a fairly straightforward total and I'm aiming to do it - but V'rap is correct and I'm taking more notice of my tendons than the total.

Was going well but then lack of confidence, the fact I wasn't working for the last couple of months of 2023 and had more time to run then and other things have made my total rather less this year. Will see what happens in 2025
