Currently I send the volunteer email appeal from fms, people reply directly to it and the emails appear in the parkrun webmail inbox. With the email migration, and the webmail box closing tomorrow, will the process seamlessly move to the gmail inbox or do I need to do something to make it happen? We're always short of volunteers and I'd hate to miss any offers of help!

I currently suspect a nationwide holding of bated breath.

Beware - when you send on the message with the password, it makes it all caps, which doesn't work, so you need to store the password somewhere today (with the mixture of upper and lower case letters) otherwise you won't be able to access the mailbox tomorrow.
