(yes head does shout at me) and this has resulted in 1 short walk and 2 swims since last Friday morning plus eating too much (and gaining lard, losing fitness) and general WHY? WHY do I do this to myself? which leads me to why do I set big challenges if I don't have the balls to follow it through. All this has co-insided with me having serious conversation with Gobi which means he has been added to my list of people I will let down and fail any now I am having a big rant - sorry

Not a typo above. Half term is too early in the month and end of month Halloween is over promoted anyway. Half time can mean whatever you want it too and BE whenever you want it to be.
