The noise is the worst bit of the nightly feet picking sessions :-P

One of my toenails and surrounding skin died and went a curious bright green, but I cut the whole lot off with a pair of sharp scissors and it looks a lot better now :-)

I'm probably going for the 50 again next year, but faster. Probably...

It's a very addictive event that L100. I swore never again after DNF'ing at Mardale but was already planning changes for running again in 2014 the moment I woke up on Sunday morning

I managed another 5 miles this evening on Embsay Moor. Moving a bit better without the skin flapping about under my right foot ;-)
