Fantastic AL but don't wear yourself out to earlier... You have to build your training slowly ;-)

Touch wood Smiley Bob, I'm still doing okay :-). A handful of LSR runs of between 15-20 miles, and planning on doing 5 or 6 over 20 before the big day.

I'm hoping for sub 4:30, but I'm probably *really* hoping for 4:15 - so lets mark me in the sand with that one!

Good to hear Mushroom, will update later. If you get those runs in you'll be in good shape and if you slow the Party Bus will pick you up :-)

SOD, Autumnleaves has offered to Fetchpoint and JK will be about but no 'official Fetchpoint' at the moment. Would be great if we could get one. McNewbie may also be up for it...

Somewhere back on the thread there's a suggestion of where to meet for it (I don't know the route well enough to make a decision) - but happy to co-ordinate.

100 days is it? Ok, that seems like loads of days :)

Training started last week, building up slowly after a period of not running many miles due to CBA. Going well so far. Have a training partner for this one for the first time! Its nice :)
