Autumnleaves
I have no experience on which to draw in terms of where to be most effective in support - but will turn up wherever - near metro stops sound good, although I have to get a train in first and the Sunday ones might start a bit late - will have to check...

No actual time target really, all depends on how my training goes and what I feel ready for. Id like sub 3:30 but that may change closer to the time.

Would really love around 4:15, but to actually run the full distance would also be an improvement from my previous two marathon attempts!

Not sure where I'll be supporting - may depend on how many of my mates are running and if they need anything of me! What I can say is that I'll be near to a tram stop like last year (where me and housemate handed out jelly babies to those that could still move their fingers)

Put me down for 3.59 please - denied by 3 mins last year due to the weather. I'm aiming slightly quicker in truth, but that sub 4 will be mine even if we have locusts! :)
