For example, I was in Tottenham today, and pinched a whole load of coins from whoever is playing in that area. Each player gets a sprinkle of coins around their home point every day, because the assumption is that most of your running will be around there.

Duchess - the randoms stay until they get collected. Every night (assuming you've run recently, etc), you'll get 100 new coins in a three mile radius, and 10 new randoms within a 2 mile radius. At least, that's what it is at the moment. I'll see how November goes, and might tweak the rules for December.
