Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

But you don't get traffic lights if there is no-one near you. They do land outside peoples circles a bit - light randoms and relays do, but not in the circle of someone whose density is zero, they'll stay for 30(?) days if your neighbour leaves though.

Something is puzzling me that I hope someone can explain. My nearest neighbour in fetchpoint (about 5 miles away) always has both bugs and flowers in her circle. She’s obviously not playing fetchpoint as such, as she has loads of bugs, but I can see from the dates of the flowers she has planted that she is still logging training.

I’m willing to bet she isn’t logging onto Fetch and her training is just getting automatically pulled across from Garmin or whatever, I seem to remember this has a relevance to the bug/flower issue but I don’t know what difference this makes.

Maybe it's a moving homepoint issue? that sort of thing can happen if you move homepoint from work to home regularly and forget and run in the wrong one?

FDNB - I have a near neighbour too who is registered for FetchPoint. She plants flowers and ignores her bugs.

I wouldn't like to say whether she logs into Fetch or not. The vast majority of Fetchies don't seem to go near the forums and I am sure that you can be a daily visitor here without anyone noticing.

True Synge, but I think I remember from a discussion a while back, that not logging in is a reason that you can have both flower and bugs in your circle (normally you can’t) - I just can’t remember why this is the case.

We have a weird anomaly here at the moment, 3 of us playing, 2 of us have a similar home circle, and one has an off centre one... I am able to plant flowers in the off centre circle, but only sometimes... I'm certainly not complaining, they are outside my circle and the few points I get are great :)

I think that's something do with the last time they logged training Em (similar to the above)

As Bob says. I've seen flowers encroaching on my circle. Possibly when I've come back from being on holiday, and not maintaining my presence.
The Fetchie with flowers in his/her circle may be away from the homepoint.

I had flowers in my circle during my comeback. They are gradually maturing now.

Made it into the top 500 and realised due to a new flower outside my circle that I have had flowers picked by the Number 1 Fetchpointer. Feels like I should get an extra bonus for that.
