Ooh, go me, 2lb off and slimmer of week. Just 1.5lbs away from where I was a couple of months ago, so hopefully will get back there next week :-) Onwards and downwards :-)

Salmon & veg tonight, I had noted down 5.5 syns today but forgot to count my skinny cappuccino which is another 2.5 any that type of thing is easy to forget.
I got a few boxes of chocolates for my birthday so noted the syn value of them so even if I take a couple with my cup of tea in an evening they are within my allowance.
Sorry for the long post but I feel I am accounting for it all if I tell you lot ;-)
