Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Get well soon @LindsD and @GimmeMedals.

I've been struggling with the pollen the last few days - it's been getting me really choked up at times.

Thanks all. I’m feeling a bit better than I have done all day so hopefully it’s passing.
The pollen has been getting worse recently @Funky Chicken. It’s a nuisance.
Good sessions @Eawoman45

Well done to all the runners and racers! Hopefully you're on the mend now GM.
I'm having a bit of bother with dizziness. I've bought a spin bike to solve all of my life's problems! Hopefully it will help rebuild fitness in the safety of my house until I can get back out again.

Evening all

Another pollen-sufferer here. Been really bad last few days.

Not much running to report. Only really doing parkrun plus a bit of a warmup on the way there. But I am averaging about 5 miles a day of walking, some of which I’d classify as brisk. My parkrun times have really benefited! I’m knocking on the door of 70% WAVA (albeit on the parkrun tables rather than the updated Fetch tables). I’ve only got 6 ever parkruns over 70% so this is really encouraging!
