I was wondering why I wasn't showing on the Bike route yet as I'd done a short ride yesterday.

That pesky ddraig had overtaken me in the night so I went out to get back ahead, even though I hadn’t planned on a walk or a run today. Very motivating having a potentially fire breather behind you!
