What's everyone been doing? How about a few daily updates as to what or where we've been going on our regular runs? I'll start: Nice loop up and over Giggleswick Scar last night from Settle, back under Smearsett (didn't visit summit) via Dales Highway.

Though I did very briefly lead the Roseberry Topping race at the end of last month after deciding my tactics - because of reduced sharpness / fitness - were to try hold on for as long as possible. Didn’t last long at all but was fun while it lasted!

That was also the day of the BG dinner where Bobs and I got our certificates. that seems a long time ago!
