Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I received and planted 4 new special snowdrops and planted them. I also planted a new hellebore and a few handfuls of normal snowdrops.
I LOVE snowdrops. Every year I plant more new ones :) such uplifting little hope givers!

Love the look of that blossom. I was never a gardener, but feel that I’m suffering from not having a garden or any outdoor space.

I have it in my mind that when I have one, I will plant some bulbs in the shape of a smiley face.

Quiet on here today.

I've done some writing (other than blogging) for the first time in ages.

Tonight I am going to a gig for the first time in a while (Texas - one of S's favourites rather than my choice, but I'm sure it'll be good)

I chose a portable salad rather than a sandwich for lunch on the move today. It was rubbish. Mostly spuds, mayonnaise and slivers of various pungent alliums.

Doesn't sound very interesting, Vrap.

My only Newt for today was setting up a new TV we had delivered. An early birthday present for Mr Ness.

Not a newt, but something I haven't done for ages. Ran/walked to the pool, swam, and ran/walked back. Also bought iceberg lettuce for the first time in years as we're having tacos.

Fetch in general is quiet on Fridays I find. And I've lost track of our latest picker. HP and her bike, WA pole dancing.... is that as far as we got? Must look back.

About This Thread

Maintained by Sharkie
Most of you know the score. Much in the bizarre way Easter has come to mean Chocolate, Lent is mainly thought of as an opportunity to Give Up Chocolate. At least until Easter. You know what I mean, 'What are you giving up for Lent?' * I say NO to this. Away with the hair shirts and the deprivation. Let's embrace change and the NEW. Spring is a time of renewal - and restoration.

Soooooo..... you don't have to take up indoor sky diving like my partner's 90 year old mot...
