The STFU point at which she makes me want to throw my tablet across the room is when i really start to wonder if yoga is really the thing for me... i find tuning out helps - though frequently then realise she has finally STFU and moved on to the next pose/flow 5mins ago...!

It’s not horrific waffling, just a minute or two more than normal I think. I’ve not actually done most of the 30 day ones in the past, just focused on particular areas and short videos so not sure if it’s more waffly than usual. My waffle tolerance is low though, and I still love Adriene

My hunch is that there will be less as we go on. I get a bit bored forward folding while she witters on... but that says more about my lack of tolerance than it does about Adriene I suspect. I still love her too.

At least she said 'Slap your booty - why not?'

Yeah I quite liked slapping my bum, you might be right she’s busy talking about intentions and all that shizzle due to the NY effect and she’ll shut up soon and have less padding.

In January 2016 fraggle decided to follow Adriene (of Yoga with Adriene fame -only she wasn't 'quite' so famous back then). It was the start of Adriene's second 30 Days of Yoga and fraggle started a thread and asked anyone interested to join in. I did, I completed the 30 days and I got a PB fpr my 60 metres at the end of it so it was certainly not detrimental....

ANYWAY

Fancy joining in with this year's 30 day programme - 'Home'?
