But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. We had a competition today for the group which submitted the best christmas jumper team photo, best photo selected by an employee vote.

The winners were the team who posted a picture with none of them wearing a christmas jumper, but holding up a placard saying they'd donated the money they would have wasted on buying jumpers to a homelessness charity.

Gold star for that, Cera. Ours was today. I ignored it, other than photographing some colleagues. I'm too busy crying over trying to make my budget make sense (I can't even nail down my maintenance contracts within 40%).

MrW’s big boss was photographed astride an inflatable unicorn at their Christmas do last week. It’s definitely an allegory for something.
