Presumably you have an equivalent of Op Javelin / Op Broadsword at 2MS - especially if the OSCT are still there. If you have something showing 'heightened' I suggest you challenge it, or the people who published it. It's not 'always heightened' and it isn't a subject for flippancy or complacency. End of lecture.
