I completed Walk the Sum yesterday, walking 136 miles, my highest ever walking mileage and got the badge to prove it.

I took finished the sum yesterday for walking and cycling. Was a bit tough in places with having COVID and saying goodbye to Marvin but tis done

I’ve just been out for a 1k walk as I really want to try this seeing as my running is poor just now.

Think I have an inner ear thing going on as my eyes are not keeping up with my head and feeling a bit woozy at times.

Ah, yes, we've just watched that Som!

I hate that sort of vertigo-y feeling LG, I hope it clears quickly for you.

I'm thinking of starting Run the Sum for this month to get me back in the running groove. I did nearly 4 miles today that's today taken care of, and I can jog to my PT session tomorrow for 2k. There will be days when it'll probably be impossible - we've got two days of long train journeys ahead of us in a couple of weeks - but if I can do a sort of 'Run the Sum Lite' it would help me build my mileage back up as I'm perilously close to falling below the grey line :-0

I was going to try run the sum this month but leg issue and Covid has scuppered it already.

I walked 1k but it’s still registering I did it but surely not enough to make it move 🫣🫣🤬
