Morning! Off back home this morning but only for a few days - I'm out for a friend's birthday meal tonight, haircut and choir tomorrow, quiz team on Weds then we'll be coming back down. Somewhere in all that I need to do a long run!

Morning everyone :-)

Everyone seems to have.had an eventful weekend one way or another, well done to runners and racers, healing vibes to injuries and stings, save journey LD, belated birthday wishes to AT, you visited a lovely part of the country :-)

Athletics has been extremely exciting, i can't believe all the amazing performances, World records, National records ( our 4x4 ladies set a NR yesterday morning then another in the evening!) PBs galore, and many happy tears at the medal ceremony, so many memories to take away, I am rather exhausted 😂
