Long run done. Cat stabilised. Has acute food poisoning. OH thinks I am responsible for feeding her past its best chicken, but other cat and I both ate it without incident so not sure it was down to me

It could be something it's eaten outside, CStar, assuming your cats go outside.

Never had meat haggis. Like the veggie one.

Glad you got out CStar and glad cat ok. Blame seems a bit futile in such situations.

Meat haggis doesn't taste all that different; a lot of it is oats.

Group run done - it went very well I like haggis but had completely forgotten the date so I don't have one. On the downside, Mr AL & Leaflet have come clean and revealed that Leaflet's apprenticeship is finishing - the cafe isn't making enough money to keep him on They didn't want to say anything yesterday in case it spoiled Twiglet's Birthday.

I would have thought off chicken would cause food poisoning in a person far quicker than in a cat! Glad the cat is ok CStar. XC was great, loved it! My legs and shoulders are suffering a bit now after Friday's efforts so it was good to go slowly. JD did brilliantly considering her 16 miles yesterday
