Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

*wonders why 61.99% is better than 62%*
*gives me an achievable target, perhaps?*

Jumped from 60.11% last week to 63.02% this morning. Ran the course 74 seconds quicker than I did in previous run there 2 weeks ago. Fastest 5K this year.

Following a recent drop in form, up to 61.54% today, my best parkrun since May and 78 secs faster than last week. Also 1st in cat. Feeling chuffed.

61.68% WAVA at this morning's parkrun, and 1st in category - out of 2!

Currently building up our long runs for Snowdonia in October.

However, we have Rutland Water parkrun tomorrow so may give a 60+ a pop. See how I feel. Possibly not the wisest thing to do for a long run nor reap the slow benefits.

Hoping to find that extra 0.09% tomorrow. I've had a lazy week so well rested!
