Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good luck with the new target Strutbrother.

Hope the foot is holding up Eynsham Red.

Robbo - I find I flip flop from being too keen and injuring myself and losing heart and being lazy, can be tricky, good luck mojo hunting

Passed 200 today so should beat my revised 250 target if everything goes perfectly

Good news that you’re ahead of schedule B.B.

The snow is a bit of a hiccup for my 400 target. I’d hoped to fit in a couple of runs tonight and tomorrow but don’t really have appropriate footware for running on snow and ice. We’ll see......

I think I will probably end up short of the 500 again this year having gone down with a heavy cold, persistent headaches, etc.

Well done everyone, whether you have hit the target or not. You've all given it a good go this year and should be proud of your achievements.

Well said Phil, hope you're fit again soon

Eynsham - hope your pavements are clear for a chance to hit target

You can beat the CBAs Dave.O, will be easier as weather improves

As I seem to be taking longer than usual to injure myself & have hit 250, fingers crossed might hit personal mini target of 271, maybe even 300 with a fair wind. Most important thing is I've got some momentum going :)

Argh. So near and yet.... Training derailed this week by snow and then by OH breaking his collarbone so I'm ferrying him around as well. I will hit 500 somehow.

Another group for another year, but whether you're aiming for 500 or more or less lets just have a nice little social group to share our goals and running antics.

Everyone is welcome, whether you don't want to set an official target or you may be aiming further but still want to pop by for a chat/offer some words of wisdom or just because the door is always open and kettle is on.

Target miles Link http://www.fetcheveryone.com/training-mileagetargets-filtered.php?category=RUN&mileage=500

to set your mileage:

Go to the Train tab

scroll down to where it says - annual mileage targets

there should be a little box to the right in red, click for run and add your mileage.

Race Planner docs.google.com

(When you go in give yourself a colour so I know you're wanting to be on the sheet so I can keep it tidy)

If you update the race planner after I've updated the header drop me an fmail or a reminder (or 2) on the thread so I know to update. Thanks
