Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

We could all add % progress to our year target ot the list too, if we wanted? e.g. I'm 6% against my 400 target, and 18 Jan is 4.9% of the year done. I really am a bit of stat geek, aren't I?! :-)G

Did a pilates class this evening but forgot to book early enough for next weeks session and now it's fully booked :-( So booked another body pump class instead :-) Going to have a go at the yoga class on Friday, should be fun as I'm so inflexible ;-)

stats are good :) G, i was thinking the same, all those numbers don't really mean anything just at a glance, if we work out our own % of target then you can put what % of the year we're on in the header to compare :) ...pretty please :)

Anything you put in your notes on the group will get in the header, so it's each to their own, I think?

OK, I'll start the update with my % Isabel (thanks for joining me in stat geekery!)

jaks - pilates v. popular at our gym too. I prefer bodypump tho! Yoga for me at work tomorrow (hopefully). We're lucky - there's a lady comes round and does a 45 min yoga class at lunch time. :-)G

About This Thread

Maintained by Legless
A thread for those feeling left out by all the "1000 miles in 2011" threads etc Let's track Hours instead of Miles!

WHATEVER YOU CLASS AS 'TRAINING' COUNTS AS TRAINING.

To get your name in lights here on the thread header, please join the group, then keep a note of your target and progress in there. I'll copy it in here periodically!

Hour targets...
Target . . . Aug ... Sept ....... Oct ..........Nov
% . . . 66.6% ... 74.8% ...... 83.3% .....91.8%
200 . . . 133.2 ... 149.6 ....... 166.6 ......183.6
250 . . . 166.5 ... 187.0 ...... 208.25 ......229.5
300 . . . 199.8 ... 224.4 ....... 249.9 ..... 275.4
365 . . . 243.1 ... 273.02 ..... 304.0 ...... 335.1
400 . . . 266.4 ... 299.2 ...... 333.2 ..... 367.2
500 . . . 333.0 ... 374.0 ....... 416.5 ..... 459.0

Remember, you can set your own target. Doesn't have to be 365 hours. Doesn't even have to be annual. Could be, "I will do 20 hours training in March." or "I will average 3 hours a week for the next 3 months." or "I will do 150 hours for the rest of the year." or whatever. You decide it, plan it, state it, then let's all go do it!!
