(The apple with the blackberries makes a perfect blend.) But you can send a few jars of the blackberry jam this way Mrs B. I had an easy paced run of 3.5 miles at the cycleway, while my wife did intervals. The heel inevitably played up this evening, but I've got do some running, otherwise I'll go mad.

I'm still chesty occasionally but it doesn't affect my running. 13 miles yesterday with 8 at race pace. I've dropped well down into the 60's now but aim to catch up soon with all this marathon training.
