Easy paced 30:30 at the beautiful Conwy parkrun this morning. Saving my legs for tomorrow’s half marathon.

Glad you only did a gentle park run today lin50. Are you chasing a time tomorrow!? Hope you enjoy the half and pick a fine ratio. Best wishes for it.

Yeah, I like the 30/30 too jelly for the same reason. Currently stuck on 20 second runs. Finally.... finally.... five months after my stress test have been given a telephone consultation with my consultant to talk through how best to manage my condition. |

30/30 for my HM tomorrow…. not too bothered about time, it’s along the coast and forecast to be windy, so I’ll just be happy to get to the finish line!

Pier to Pier HM done - mainly 30:30 with extra walks up the hill at mile 4, 9 and 13 and extra run throughs downhill. Pleased with an official finish time of 2:32:41. It’s a nice low key event (302 finishers) by RunWales. Medal & T-shirt at the finish, and a nice surprise- I’d forgotten that I’d ordered a hoodie too! |

What a treat to not have thousands and thousands of participants! You did fabulously lin_50 and such determination to stick to mainly 30:30.
