Awful run yesterday - thought something bit my calf… it appears something strange went POP! So the park run ended up being a nightmare! Physio on Tuesday

Would have been nice if I hadn't been caught in a torrential downpour. Typical Easter holiday weather. Came home and had to strip all my running kit off next to the washing machine as I was dripping all over the floor.
