Too old for team GB, but always young enough to race! Returned to running in 2018 after a bike accident knocked my confidence. I joined Marple Runners in 2022 and this’s has given me the impetus to take it a bit more seriously. Unfortunately 2023 was plagued by injury. September 24 and I’m getting my fitness back and managing my injury (stretching) hope to be running 100k per month by the year end
