Well very pleased with myself at the moment having gone from a jogger to finishing FLM 08. Ok had wanted to do it in sub 4 hrs but I can live with 4 17. Started off with Jog Scotland and was licked into shape by Running Deer and Cheeky Geordie . Then joined Dunbar Running Club , where I have had lots of support and encouragement. Did the Edinburgh Marathon a month after London and got in under 4 hrs. That was 08 this year did the Loch Ness Marathon 3 47 next year London and Edinburgh again.
