Lexo Actually measured 4.8 Miles not 4....Very beautiful run along the coast, unfortunatly I was to puggled to take in the scenery. Thought this was a 4 miler so went for it at 3.8 miles in then realised that I wasnt quite as near the finish as i thought, but held on more or less till then end. Much improved over last weeks performace at Livingston and felt a lot better although achilies is still giving me a bit of Gype. Good turn out for the East Lothian clubs and well organised and marshalled by Dunbar RC. These races have a greatg community spirit and nice atmosphere to them. Great stuff and what XC should be about although almost fell flat on my face trying to vault the logs on the beach half way round!
