Enigma I'm very chuffed!!! A far better result than I'd dared hope for. I'd wanted to get sub 20 and did it. I started near the front and kept pushed myself to try and stay as close to the front as possible. I'm really pleased that the training over the past year has had such a large effect on my time. If you placed a bet on me then enjoy the points!!!

Plussing As Which Felt strong throughout although could have done with a few more runners around me for last k or so to pull me along - too lazy on my own! Fairly obvious that I haven't done much speed work recently! Pleased with time and to come 9th overall and 1st lady. Even more pleased to turn round a few seconds after finishing to see Enigma charging over the line - great run!
