Didn’t really enjoy that. It was just too hot 🥵. I slathered the Sun cream on but could still feel my arms and legs burning. Just had nothing in me for the downhills. Feel sorry for those doing the 15k.
Had to sit for ages before I felt fit enough to drive home 🤢
