Broadwater parkrun
This is not far from Mum's. Friendly parkrun, quite a lot there, but a lot of tourists. Only the sixth outing. Danny Norman was there (I think). It's 2.5 laps - field/lake/field/lake/field. The field was football pitches and pretty uninspiring. The lake is lovely. I loved the first lap, hated the second, and tolerated the third, but was pleased with my sprint and also the time, given that it's long and a lot on grass. Chocolate brownie at the finish - someone's 100th. Would go back if I was here on a Sat, although Hogmoor is much prettier (but harder).
Left calf a bit unhappy but not as bad as it has been.
