HM long run w/fast finish with Liv #byebye05

After it had rained all day, it finally cleared up around 5 pm when we headed out for the test run of the LOTR double marathon. The course I had plotted was very nice but also very muddy after the rain. Luckily, I'm not the only one who enjoys running through the mud and jumping over puddles. The humidity was quite high so my HR was a bit higher than what I would have wanted but then it was fine all the way close to 8 m/m. The course ended up being as long as I had intended so the project takes shape.
