fetcheveryone Lots of downhill, so I have real mixed feelings about the PB really - I doubt I'd have broken 50 going in the opposite direction. Legs were going in the flat third mile, but I held on til the downhill, and used the slopes. Final bridge was really weird and jelly-like. Pleased with my dads time (55.xx). I ran 44.37, but I've since decided that I would prefer to have a fairer representation of my best 10k time, so I've cleaned my time out. FERC 44:00 46:53
