Just 5 miles. Felt lethargic - maybe after a load of cheesecake last night? Next run, hopefully on Monday in Oslo and then San Francisco the following day |

18 very gloomy miles in intermittent rain. Forest tracks much chewed up by recent logging.

Parkrun this morning, 3rd consecutive week, each one slower than the last. Suffering from a very sore hip, resting for a week didn't seem to do it any good. Did manage to run without stopping though, even after both hills.

Icy, slippy, brilliantly sunny, warm, and then it warmed up a bit, ice mostly melted, became overcast, grey everywhere, and then it snowed! A run of two halves. |
