Interesting! Flossie has learned the hard way not to invade any other dog's space and approaches every breed of dog - apart from other Labs - in a very submissive way. Unfortunately that's also a red rag to some breeds - greyhounds spring to mind :-(

Morning all

Anxious owner here as have to take Marvin to the vets to have a lump removed from his ear. We are just back from our morning walk and all he wants is his breakfast - I feel doubly horrible 😞

D I'm sure Indi will be a star as always. We let Ernie off lead from the first walk and he's been great (only 1 blip). I tend to ask owner if their dog will tolerate a boisterous pup and cautious if their dog is on a lead. He's been put in his place a couple of times but that's a lesson he needs to learn. Do you have to wait another week after injection?

Mandy - I hope Marvin's trip to the vet goes well. I can just imagine the"where's my breakfast" puppy dog eyes.

Hope all goes well with Marvin and I hope his appointment is early so you can get on with it! Sooner it's done the sooner things can get back to normal xx

Did anyone else have epic thunder storm last night. Lots of loud rumbling from 4 and a spectacular climax at 5. Ernie (and QP) never made a peep. E was a bit edgy on our morning walk though.

Sending good wishes for a speedy recovery to Marvin. We are back from vets, I needed help to carry my monster :)

Hope that the vets trip wasn't too traumatic for either of you though :-)

Marvin is home and very sleepy , have put a blanket on our bed and let him curl up on there as it is the coolest room in the house just have to wait for biopsy results now.

D2 I should imagine Indi is bigger than Marvin already.
