Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yesterday was no problem but unable to log-in to my work desktop this morning. I know my password, etc. but it wouldn't let me in (says I'm using incorrect credentials). I reset my password using the online facility but still incorrect - somehow! I now have eight people in front of me while waiting to speak to an IT analyst. Really frustrating!

I have suggested to my OH who is working from home to set aside an hour for lunch each day and suggests he tells everyone he works with to have the same hour so he everyone gets a break

I have a Garmin watch that prompts me to move if I haven't in an hour.

Had my first Skype audio/video meeting today. I did not take the sticker off my webcam (I put it on there a couple of years ago when I was WFH quite late and had just got undressed for bed but decided to do one last check of email, just in case).

Do it, Pix.

Shall we start a list of good things about WFH?

1. Haven't worn a bra in a week.
2. Saving money on diesel.
3. Using your own toilet instead of a cubicle.
4. Having a window behind me which I can open (normal office is a huge place with 300 people and no opening windows).
