But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. I am using the Fetch app on the iPhone.

My other question was can an apple watch automatically sync. It doesnt seem to be listed in the list of watches.

I don't know about the Apple watch - I'm sure there was a discussion about it on here somewhere though!

The FApp is usually very good for me at sticking to whatever I've set it to - but if you do find it's recorded the session wrongly you can edit the session from your training log.
Take care not to pause the app - when resumed it tends to continue timing, but loses the GPS and distance.

- Maybe we need a presentation on finding your way around the log?
