Afternoon, bit of a dull grey one.

What: 8-9 miles, might put in a couple of quicker ones
Why: balancing miles, need to move the legs quicker occasionally and a race on Saturday
Last hard: running past the poultry farm without gagging - there is nothing worse than chicken shit!
Last rest: Monday

Yesterday ended up being solo gym, run there n back. Fairly light session as I've not been to the gym in ages.
